Campaign features real business owners in Ads showcasing their food.

CHICAGO, Feb 19,2018 — SSA 39, a Special Service Area in the Brighton Park, and Archer Heights neighborhoods of Chicago, announces their a new local advertising campaign, “Our Neighborhood…is Your Neighborhood”. The campaign features business owners showcasing their food and welcoming visitors to Brighton Park and Archer Heights. The campaign kicks off with billboard advertising on the CTA Orange Line platforms and inserts on rail cars.

Each ad centers around food found in the area. One ad focuses on local chefs and their cuisine, inviting visitors to experience the diverse flavors of the neighborhoods, which include Polish, Mexican, and American influences. Family-owned businesses have a long tradition in Brighton Park and Archer Heights, with having been passed down from family member to family member or having multiple generations working together. Family is such an important part of the businesses in the area that they often consider customers, whether new to the area or a longstanding regular, part of the family.

The heart of the second ad is that family experience anyone can enjoy in Brighton Park and Archer Heights. The multicultural and multigenerational group at the table displays the appeal of the area to many different types of people.

Brighton Park and Archer Heights invite you into their close-knit community to become like family.

SSA 39 is promoting brand awareness for their neighborhood, to attract visitors to the community to truly experience how “Our Neighborhood…is Your Neighborhood.”

The advertising, created by Sparkfactor, will run through the middle of March.

Special Service Area (SSA) #39, which services Brighton Park and Archer Heights, was established in 2007. SSA #39 is one of 53 SSAs in the City of Chicago that provides services outside of what the City would normally provide to its constituents; these services include, but are not limited to: graffiti removal, advertising rebates and seasonal shopping promotions, storefront renovation rebates, vacant commercial property marketing, shopper shuttle bus service, and strategic planning for the Archer Avenue retail district.
